• Go to TOTAL PRENEUR Registration on the menu and click to open the form
• After filling the form and entering the code at the bottom of the form, click submit

• Go to TOTAL YESARegistration menu
• From the dropdown menu, locate Reference form and click on it
• On the top right, there is a download button, click on it to download.
• Print the form and take to your referee for completion/submission.
