Chukwu, Felicia
Felicia Chukwu is currently the Director, Corporate Affairs of Toncia Energy Consulting and Professional Services Limited, Abuja. Felicia Chukwu received her M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, Norman; M. Sc. in Engineering Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks; and a B. Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of South Western Louisiana Lafayette, all in United States of America. Felicia Chukwu worked for Alyeska Pipeline Services Company, USA in various capacities from 2000 – 2011. These include Subject Matter Expert in crude oil studies, wax characterization and estimation using DepoWax model developed by Calsep, internal corrosion control, Drag Reducing Agents (DRA) for use in pipeline optimization and fuel gas line hydraulics. Felicia was also in charge of pipeline pigging for pipeline maintenance.
Felicia worked for the firm of Arco Alaska from 1990 – 1992) and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation from 1982 – 1986 as a petroleum engineer handling various projects which included redesigning criteria for pressure build-up in order to use early time data to determine reservoir parameters and analysing Nigerian clay for drilling respectively.
Felicia is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and also a member of National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE).
Professor Chukwu, Godwin, Ph. D., P.E.
Professor Chukwu is the President/CEO of Toncia Energy Consulting and Professional Services Ltd in Abuja Nigeria. He received his Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma Norman, M.S and B .S degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the University of South Western Louisiana Lafayette, all in United States.
Professor Chukwu has worked for the firms of Elf Petroleum, Petroleum Associates of Lafayette, Agip Energy and Natural Resources, in different technical, engineering and professional capacities. He taught at the University of Port-Harcourt Nigeria (1982-1986), and at the University of Alaska Fairbank (1990-2010). In addition, he taught several Professional Enhancement Courses for practicing engineers, and oil and gas industry personnel in the areas of fluid hydraulics and hydrodynamics of drilling fluids, drilling engineering and optimization, petroleum production optimization, Energy Management Systems and ISO 500001 for upstream and downstream oil and gas operations.
Professor Chukwu was the Head of the Petroleum Engineering Program at African University of Science and Technology (AUST) from January 2010 to December 2013. He served as the Chair of the Petroleum Engineering Department at the University of Alaska Fairbanks from 1992-1995 and 1996-2002. Professor Chukwu served as the University of Alaska Faculty Senate President – Elect, and subsequently the University Faculty Senate President from June 2001 through May 2003. He attended and mentored several management and leadership courses that included:
Professor Chukwu has authored and co-authored over 100 research publications in learned and Professional journals and conferences. Professor Chukwu is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Alaska, USA. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and American Association of Drilling Engineers (AADE). Professor Chukwu is a registered Professional Engineer in Nigeria (COREN), and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
Professor Das, Debendra K., Ph. D., P.E.
Debendra Das is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks (UAF), USA. He received his Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering (1983) from the University of Rhode Island, USA; M.S. in Mechanical Engineering (1974) from Brown University, Rhode Island, USA; B.S (with Honors, 1972) in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering College (presently National Institute of Technology) Rourkela, Sambalpur University, India.
Professor Das has worked for the firms of; Tower Iron Works, Inc., Seekonk, RI, USA; BIF, A Unit of General Signal, RI, USA; Naval Surface Weapons Center, Dahlgren, VA, USA in different research and engineering capacities. Professor Das started his teaching career in 1984 as an Assistant Professor in the department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF). He rose within the ranks to a Full Professor in the department in 1993. Professor Das served as the Department Chair of Mechanical Engineering at UAF from 1997 to 1998, and 2006 to 2007.
During his 30 years teaching career at UAF, Professor Das supervised over 50 M.S and Ph.D research projects. He has to his credit over 90 refereed journal publications which include books, 35 conference abstracts, 45 papers in refereed conference proceedings, and 52 technical research reports. Professor Das received several awards in his research and teaching career at UAF. These include: The Prestigious Emil Usibeli Distinguished Teaching Award; University of Alaska Fairbanks School of Engineering Merit Award; ASME Student Section Professor of the year Award; ASME Alaska Section Engineer of the year Award, to mention a few.
Professor Das has taught several professional and industry short courses for career enhancement. In addition to his numerous research work and experience in equipment design and related heat processes, he has developed and taught courses in Oil and Gas Surface Production equipment, and system operations. He was the Pioneer Professor of this course at the African University of Science and Technology (AUST), Abuja, Nigeria.
Professor Das is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Alaska. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). He is listed in “Who’s Who” among American Teachers in the 1998 Education Comm. Assoc., 5th Edition.
Engr. Ekeke, Davis
Engr. Davis Ekeke is the Managing Consultant of Vaskin Resources Nig Ltd; providing professional experience and leadership in oil and gas Asset Management, while helping to resolve challenges associated with the development and operation of oil and gas assets. Davis has over eighteen (18) years’ experience in the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry spanning across Asset Management, Production Operations, Drilling and Completions, Hydrocarbon Accounting, Data Management and Brownfield Development. As a Managing Consultant, Davis has helped industry operators, both IOCs and NOCs, resolve issues in areas such as Petroleum Engineering Integrated Study with Field Development Plan, Asset Evaluation and Acquisition, Reservoirs and Well Performance Review for short/mid-term oil gains, Drilling Operations Monitoring and Evaluation, etc
Prior to joining Vaskin Resources Nig Ltd, Davis has worked with the IOCs (Shell and Addax Petroleum) in multi-disciplined Asset Teams with experiences in Nigeria, Switzerland and Cameroon. He acquired invaluable experience in onshore and offshore assets in areas including asset management, well drilling and completions, artificial lift design, workover, production optimization, TT intervention, Wellbore Clean up and Testing, etc. Davis provided excellent leadership in Asset Management and Barrel Chasing Campaigns resulting in significant production increase and cost saving initiatives. Davis is proficient in the use of Nodal Analysis software tools, such as PROSPER, MBAL, GAP, PIPESIM, etc; and results backed with his extensive experience led to sound and excellent business decisions.
He is a graduate of the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Imo State Nigeria, earning Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Petroleum Engineering from same institution. He is a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and also a COREN certified Engineer. He has been an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and had served in the board of Section 61 and NAICE organising committee in 2010. He authored three (3) Technical papers and presented same in NAICE. To his credit, Davis has coached and mentored several engineers in the field of Production Technology.
Elekwachi, Chioma
Mrs. Chioma Elekwachi holds a Master degree in Business Administration and Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is a management staff of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Abuja. She has served as Deputy Special Assistant to Director-Generals of her organization.Her flair in communication and writing has developed her interest in building human capacity, which she has performed throughout her career of many years. Mrs. Chioma is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Dr. Emetuche- Akujobi, Grace
Dr. Grace Akujobi – Emetuche holds a Bachelor’s degree (BSc.), a Master’s Degree (MSc.) and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and also a Postgraduate Degree (PGD) in Business Studies. She has worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for twenty six (26) years. She acquired skills in research and development, refining and petrochemical processes, product distribution, pipeline operations, business intelligence and surveillance.
Dr Akujobi – Emetuche has worked in various capacities in the Petrochemical industry, marketing & distribution of petroleum products, Oil and Gas supply chain: marketers’ perspective, Petroleum products distribution through enhanced Pipeline design.
She is currently the Manager, Port – Harcourt area, (NPMC/NPSC/ML)/NNPC. She has held several managerial positions; these include (NPMC/NPSC/ML)/NNPC, Business Intelligence/Surveillance, NNPC, Abuja:, PPMC/NNPC in Port – Harcourt and Warri areas. She was the Head PPMC/NNPC Special task force on Petroleum Products, Lagos.
She is a registered member of Council of Registered Engineers Nigeria (COREN), Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSE), FELLOW, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Corporate Member, Registered Environmental Specialist, Women Engineers, Corporate Member and NIM Professional Manager.
She has received several awards and commendations for her work from the NNPC and Professional bodies like Nigeria Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE: National & Chapter), Armed Forces, Unions (PENGASSAN, NUPENG, South-South Anticorruption Association) Community, Religious, Youth Organizations. Ezinwo, Iheanyi O.
Mr. Iheayi Ezinwo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management at the University of
Port Harcourt, Nigeria in 1989; and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Rivers state University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt.
Mr. Ezinwo is currently the Managing Director of Ohseme Enterprises – business and media Consultancy Company in Port Harcourt and publishers of Notable Outcome, a weekly
newspaper circulating in the Niger Delta area, Nigeria. Mr. Ezinwo has over ten years’ experience in publishing, research and business consultancy. He is also the author of the books “Managing Students”; “Crisis: The Nigerian Experience”, which was published in Lagos in 1995; with a second edition in 2013. His work: “Consumer Rights Protection in Nigeria: The Case of  Rivers state”, was published in the Abia State University Journal of Management Sciences: Vol.2, No.1; March 2006.
Mr. Iheanyi Ogbakiri Ezinwo has written numerous published articles and editorials before and after 1999 when he went into media practice fulltime at the Independent Monitor newspaper, and as Publisher/Editor “in-Chief at Notable Outcome newspaper, Port Harcourt which he founded in
September 2006. As an entrepreneur in the Nigerian environment, Mr. Ezinwo is familiar with the challenges of establishing a business in Nigeria.

Dr. Harry, Thomas Akpan

Dr. Thomas A. Harry is currently the Head, Department of Geology, Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) and Executive Director of Skillsoft Partnership Group (A training Organization). He is Oil and Gas Expert (Over 20 years training and research experience- Certified by Schlumberger, NAPE and AAPG). He worked as Sub-Consultant, Nigerian Gas Policy between 2016-2017
Prior to his current assignment, he worked for the Centre for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA), an international Interventionist based in the U.S.A. as Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist and served as National /State Consultant for the United Nations (UN) for 6 years driving many intervention projects in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Energy sector across sub-Saharan Africa. His career has traversed the Private sector (Stonecraft), International Public service (United Nations) and the Academia. He is an alumni of Juran six sigma quality institute, U.S.A and Lagos Business School (Pan-African University) – Senior management course.

Dr. Lawal, Kazeem Akintayo
Dr. Lawal is currently the Head of reservoir engineering, First Exploration & Petroleum Development. He worked for Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company in various capacities from 2002 to 2008. Dr Lawal lectured both in Nigeria and in United Kingdom from 2008 to 2011 in departments of Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Geology. He co-supervised six Masters Theses from 2008 to 2016.
Dr. Lawal obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from OAA, Masters of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Institut Francais du Petrole & University of Port Harcourt and Doctor of Philosophy in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, London.

Rev’d. Nkamnebe is a Professor of Marketing, one time Head of Department of Marketing, and Sub Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. Rev. Professor Nkamnebe started his academic career after an intermission in the private sector, and has published and/or presented scholarly papers in journals and conferences across Africa, America, Europe and Asia. Nse Udoudo is the Principal Consultant, KIP Technologies, Abuja, Nigeria. He is a Project Management Professional; a Business Management Consultant; an ICT Consultant and a Resource person.
He received his MBA in Management from the University of Ife; and a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Calabar, a Diploma in Information & Communication Technology, all in Nigeria.
Nse Udoudo worked with Palladium Group, Nigeria (2019) as a Management Consultant where he was actively involved in a project to strengthen Health Information & Reporting System in Nigeria, a process improvement project in Cross River State, Nigeria. Professor Nwagbara, Onyi Franklin
Professor Onyi Nwagbara is currently a Professor of Environmental Toxicology/Chemistry and Microbiology at Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK). Also, Visiting Professor of Military Science, Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna and a retired Officer in the U.S. Army. Prior to joining NSUK he was interim Dean School of Arts and Sciences, Chair of the Petroleum Chemistry and Natural and Environmental Science Programs at the American University of Nigeria, Yola, and Professor at Florida A and M University, Tallahassee Florida, U.S.A.
Professor Nwagbara has more than twenty two years of academic, military and technical experiences in regional and global arena as an educator/administrator, military officer, researcher, and government official. He was a Senior Research Toxicologist/Chemist and Bureau Chief of Laboratory with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from 2001 to 2007. He has authored/co-authored several scientific publications with many presentations at international meetings. An astute and experienced consultant in environmental toxicity testing, renewable energy, environmental impact assessment, environmental pollution control, environmental health, bioremediation, climate change, military (intelligence, defense, and analysis) and education (Science and Technology).
He has made exceptional contributions to knowledge advancement, technology development/implementation and national agency programs on environmental pollution control and prevention. He has proposed indices for energy system sustainability assessments and analyzed the relationships between energy investments in industrialization
Programs and other measures of sustainable development.

Dr. Sam Nwosu holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance and Economics, Master of Science (M.S.) in Economics, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electronic Business. He also completed the Accelerated Development Program (ADP) at the London Business School and has been a long standing Member of Board of Digital Bridge Institute (DBI), a Subsidiary of NCC.
Sam is a Management Consultant and Chief Executive Officer of Secured Records Management Solutions Ltd. Until February 29, Sam was the Country Director for Nokia Nigeria, where he chaired the activities of the Country Management Council and focused on the strategic relationships with executives of existing customers, and support the development of the new relationships with new customers. Sam was credited for the successful turnaround campaign of Etisalat Nigeria Account, which has paved the way for impressive growth for Nokia. He joined Nokia in 2011, following the acquisition of Motorola by Nokia. Prior to joining Nokia, Sam worked for Motorola as an Account Director and with Starcomms Plc as the Director for Sales and Customer Operations where he achieved over 250% growth in subscriber acquisition and revenue. His previous experience before then was with AT&T in the USA for 16 years. Sam, over the years, has held several senior level positions in business development and strategic planning, market analytics and planning, sales operations, organizational and management consultancy, financial planning and analysis, government relations and contract negotiations. He became the leader of Nokia Nigeria in 2011.
Odetoro, Rofikat Adebukonla
Ms. Rofikat A. Odetoro is an Environmental specialist. She is currently the Deputy Director with the Federal Ministry of Environment. She has several years’ experience in Environmental Assessment in the Oil and Gas sector. Ms Odetoro was the Chief Environmental Scientist from 1992 to 2009 with the Federal Environmental Protection Agency; the Environmental / Safeguards Specialist for THIRD FADAMA –III Development Project (World Bank Sponsored) in 36 states FCT from March 2009 to December 2013. Ms Odetoro has reviewed and co-coordinated various Environmental Impact Assessment projects.
Ms Odetoro obtained Msc and Bsc Degrees in Chemistry from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She has attended various conferences and participated in EIA experts review panels. Her areas of specialization include;
Dr. Ofoh, Ebere
Dr. Ebere P. Ofoh is an 0il and Gas field development expert. He held over 25 years of Senior Management positions in the oil and gas industry especially in field optimization and related Activities. He was Group General Manager Business Development, and Executive Director, Engineering and Technical Services of NNPC respectively; He distinguished himself in Joint Venture (JV) Operations in Nigeria as team lead and successfully coordinated the following JV projects:
Dr. Ofoh obtained MS and BS Degrees in Pet. Engineering from Louisiana State University Baton Rouge and a PhD in Reservoir Engineering from the University of Oklahoma Norman USA. He has a number of technical publications in International Journals.
Engr. Osunsanya, P.E.
Engr. Osunsanya has worked in various capacities both at the public and private sectors. He joined Nova South-eastern University as a Database project manager in 1998 where he handled clustered programs. As an Adjunct Professor at Nova South-eastern University, he designed and delivered in -class lecture, lab and project-oriented course work to student ranging high-school graduates to degreed IT professionals in programming, management and leadership business system analysis and design, logic and project management.
As an accomplished and driven strategic project manager, he has a successful track record in consulting with the proven ability to define and implement new projects and project requirements while producing deliverables on time and under budget. He currently operates his consulting firm both in Miami, USA and in Nigeria.
Dr. Saka, Matimilona
Dr. Saka has over 20 years of petroleum professional practice spanning reservoir engineering, technical planning, hydrocarbon portfolio management, resource volume evaluation, assurance & management, as well as technical coaching and consulting.
He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers and a registered engineer with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria. He is an active member of Society of Petroleum Engineers and currently represents Africa Region on SPE-I Distinguished Lecturer Committee.
He is a Visiting Scholar at the Institute of Petroleum Studies, University of Port Harcourt. He is also a visiting Associate Professor of Petroleum Engineering at African University of Science and Technology, Abuja.

Professor Temple is currently Technical Adviser on Policy Development to Nigeria’s Minister of Niger Delta Affairs. In this position he has developed an ethics policy to help the development of the oil rich and volatile Niger Delta region. He is an expert on Leadership Ethics, a strategist to government and a Professor of Philosophy. He received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Ibadan in 1990. For well over 25 years, Professor Temple has had experience in University teaching, research and administration in a wide range of Universities in Africa, Asia, Europe and Australia. He has also been Special Adviser on Ethical Orientation and Public Affairs to the Governor of Cross River State, Nigeria; Special Adviser on Strategic Planning, to the Governor of Cross River State, Nigeria; Head of General Education, American University of Nigeria; Founder, Reformers Academy – a pioneer leadership school for young Nigerians; founder, Society for Ethics and Leadership, SEAL, Nigeria; as well as Fellow of the Jepson School of Leadership at the University of Richmond.
Professor Temple has conducted several training sessions which have contributed immensely to the development of Leadership ethics in organizations across cultures.His training workshops include Public Ethics training for Nigeria Police, Policy Implementation Training for officers of the Departmentof Planning, Research and Statistics of theMinistry of Niger Delta Affairs, Nigeria, Ethics development for Staff of the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, Leadership Development of Inter-ministerial Technical Committee of the Niger Delta region, Leadership Seminar for global Leadership Institute, Kyunggido, South Korea, and Global Leadership Seminar, Tel Aviv, Israel.
Professor Temple has authored several books and research publications.

Barr. Okechukwu Unegbu is the Managing Director/Chief Executive officer of Maxifund Investments & Securities Plc (Dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange). He holds LL.B. and B.L. from the University of Lagos; M.Sc. in Banking and Finance from the University of Ibadan and B.S (Hon’s) in Finance from the University of Nigeria Nsukka.
Barr. Okechukwu Unegbu was the Managing Director/Chief Executive, of Citizens International Bank Plc. He was the Executive Chairman of Progress Bank of Nigeria Plc. He worked as a Director of PBN Finance and Trust Company Limited; Spring Bank Plc; First Securities Discount House Limited. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ogbe Community Bank of Nigeria Limited (now Ogbe Ahiara Micro Finance Bank).
He holds ACIB from Institute of bankers London; FCIB from Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria; FCS from Chartered Institute of Stock-Brokers Nigeria; ChMC from Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators; and FCIP from Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.
Barr. Okechukwu Unegbu is a visiting Lecturer in Law of Banking and Entrepreneurship at the University of Lagos.He is an Associate Consultant for Financial Institution Training Centre (FITC).
He isa Member of the: Board of Trustees, Risk Management Association of Nigeria; Audit Committee, Nigerian Bar Association; Legal Adviser, Association of Stock-Broking Houses of Nigeria; and Institute of Directors. He is also an Executive Member of NBA Finance and General Purposes Committee.

Barr. Okechukwu Unegbu is the past President of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and a past Vice- President of The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN).
He has authored and Co-authored numerous papers in learned and professional journals and has attended various courses locally and internationally.
